About Merca

Merca is a software company for cross-border sellers in mainland China. If you run several stores, on several platforms, with a team, the daily work should live in one product.

Why Merca exists

When there are many stores, windows, nodes, and logins get mixed up. People launch the wrong store, use the wrong node, or share the owner password.

Merca is store security software. Each store keeps its own sign-in, fingerprint, node, and permissions. You decide who on the team can view a store and who can launch it. You bring the IP and control where it comes from.

This ships as a desktop app, meant for daily use over years.

Products

Merca is a multi-store workspace for macOS and Windows. Each store gets its own window. Sign-in, device fingerprint, and node stay with that store. Usernames, passwords, two-step verification, and passkeys are saved per store. On a team, you assign access by store.

You buy an IP or run one on cloud, then add it as a node. Merca doesn't lock it in. The same IP can be used in Merca or on a phone. Your everyday browser is not a store window.

Merca VPS is for stores you run on a Windows VPS. Two-step verification and passkeys stay on that machine. No account is required. You can take the data with you.

Software is a subscription. Merca doesn't sell IPs. You choose the provider and pay them directly.

How we work

You shouldn't be stuck with one IP provider. You keep the connection details. Switch providers or apps and take the IP with you.

Merca doesn't watch or log what you do in the store window. Pages aren't rewritten, and we don't add extra UI on the seller site. The window should feel like Chrome.

Docs and downloads are public. For product questions, security reports, or partnerships, send email. Better to get the daily jobs right than to keep adding features.
