About Merca

Merca helps cross-border e-commerce sellers in mainland China manage stores across marketplaces on one computer. Individuals and teams can keep store environments separate while managing passwords, TOTP, passkeys, and member permissions in one place.

Built for cross-border store operations

Running multiple stores means switching windows, finding credentials, and assigning staff access. These tasks add to the workload and can lead to opening the wrong store or using an incompatible node.

Merca gives each store a separate browser environment for sign-ins, device fingerprint settings, and local data. Team members use their own accounts and access only the stores assigned to them. Pre-launch checks help identify node and account conflicts to reduce operational mistakes.

Two products for different workflows

Merca runs on Windows and macOS. Open Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other seller dashboards in separate store windows, manage passwords, TOTP, and passkeys by store, and assign access to operations and support staff. The free plan supports one store; Pro adds more stores and team collaboration.

Sellers provide their own proxies and add them as nodes in Merca. Merca doesn't sell proxy services or require a specific provider. Software subscriptions and proxy services are purchased and managed separately.

Merca VPS is for sellers running stores on Windows VPS. Scan two-step verification QR codes on the page, generate TOTP codes locally, and register and verify software passkeys. It is free, requires no Merca account or sign-in, and supports data import and export for backup or migration.

Focused on everyday use

Merca does not record browsing content or page interactions inside store windows. The browsing experience is close to Google Chrome, with familiar seller-dashboard workflows.

Documentation and downloads are public. We focus on the store environments, credentials, and team permissions sellers use every day, reducing repetitive work so they can spend more time running their business.
